Welcome – I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a neurodivergent naturopath, a mother, a wife, a daughter, and someone who - like you - navigates the many demands of modern life. I’m also someone deeply committed to holding space for people from all walks of life as they work toward better health and greater wellbeing.
My journey into naturopathy wasn’t a straight line. It began over twenty years ago during a time when I was struggling with my own health. I was living with multiple chronic conditions, feeling exhausted and unwell, and constantly being met with quick fixes that never really addressed what I was experiencing. I felt unheard, dismissed, and disconnected from any real path to healing.
That all changed when I discovered naturopathy. For the first time, I felt truly seen, and more importantly, understood. I realised that real health is not just about eliminating symptoms. It’s about understanding the whole person: their body, mind, spirit and story. That moment was a turning point for me. I went on to study naturopathy for eight years, completing a Bachelor’s degree, and dedicating myself to this path so I could support others in finding the kind of care I once needed myself.
Today, I work with people who are looking for something deeper than surface-level solutions. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and personalised. I take time to understand the full picture, your symptoms, your environment, your emotional landscape, and your lived experiences - so that together, we can uncover what’s really going on and craft a plan that’s both sustainable and empowering.
Whether you’re navigating fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, chronic health conditions, or simply feeling like your voice hasn’t been heard in the healthcare system, I’m here to meet you where you are. This is a space where you’ll be listened to, supported, and honoured as the expert in your own body.
As a practitioner, the most rewarding part of my work is witnessing transformation. Not just in physical health, but in confidence, clarity, and connection to self. It’s a privilege to see someone move from surviving to thriving, to watch them rediscover their energy and reclaim their wellbeing through gentle, root-cause care.
Outside of clinical practice, you’ll find me sipping herbal teas, making tinctures, spending time with my family and being loud about injustice. My work is deeply personal, because I’ve lived what I offer. This is more than a career, it’s my purpose.
And finally, I want you to know: I recognise that true wellness cannot exist in a world marked by injustice. Our individual health is tied to collective wellbeing. I stand in solidarity with all oppressed peoples across the globe. Free Palestine, until its backwards.
Thank you for being here. I look forward to walking alongside you.
